Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your OISELLE gear, but if it's not the right fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and comfortable in every mile you run.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Choose Exchange or Refund

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size or color, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely pack your items in the original mailer if possible.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your request will be processed within 5-7 business days.
